Amanda left her corporate career to pursue her passion for cooking, enrolling at the San Francisco Cooking School. This decision led her to the Williams-Sonoma Test Kitchen, where her culinary talents gained recognition. Her work has since appeared in Better Homes and Gardens, Goop, Food & Wine, Food52, Sunset, Cherry Bombe Radio, and on the Williams-Sonoma YouTube channel.

In April 2020, Amanda published her first solo cookbook, Simple, Beautiful Food, featuring a collection of her favorite recipes. Now a Nashville restaurateur, she owns the fast-casual concept Radish, which has grown to three locations, and a neighborhood market/deli called Little Rad.

Amanda approached RUNCLUB to enhance her personal online presence. With over 100K Instagram followers, she sought an agency she could trust—one that understood her voice and could assist with content creation. We’ve since partnered with Amanda, supporting both her personal and business ventures.
